Innography Hosts Exceptionally Successful Client Conference

Innography, the innovative provider of better IP answers for improved business results, recently hosted its fourth-annual "Insights" client conference with about 100 client attendees, to rave reviews from clients. On a 5-point scale, over 86% of attendees rated the conference a 4 or a 5 overall, and over half of attendees already plan to attend next year's conference.

This year, Innography focused on presenting in-depth sessions for the key product use-cases, augmented by sessions on industry trends, best-practices, and new and upcoming features in the software. For example, attendees heard from Jason Kipnis, the lead IP attorney for Weil, Gotshal & Manges, about emerging trends and key issues in IP management.

Clients responded well to the range of sessions, with over 90% satisfied with 6 of the 8 workshops, led by 96% satisfaction for the Licensing workshop, and expressed their highest satisfaction for the Product Roadmap and New Technology sessions. Clients also expressed over 90% satisfaction with other benefits of the conference, such as meeting with Innography executives, networking with industry colleagues, and getting product questions answered real-time in the onsite Support Lab.

Innography's world-class support team was also appreciated, with one attendee stating "The most valuable aspect was meeting our Innography consultant and salesperson in person, and having one-on-one lab support answered." Another client summed up with "The creativity of Innography – technology, business strategy, and people – was palpable… World-class!"

"With over 200 clients, including 10 of the Fortune 20, we at Innography are honored to serve many of the most innovative companies in the world," said John F. Martin, chairman and chief executive officer of Innography. "Building on the great success of this year's Insights conference, we are working closely with our leading clients on further increasing our impact on their IP agendas with market-leading software and data innovations."
