John F. Martin has over 25 years of experience leading and growing innovative enterprise software and SaaS companies, focused on emerging market segments. Prior to Innography, John helped drive 50-fold revenue growth in 10 years at IQNavigator, the leader in services procurement solutions for the Global 2000, successively as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of International Markets. Previously, John held multiple executive positions at Saba Software, including VP Product Management and VP Internet Services, as it grew from no revenue to over $60 million and went public as the leader in learning management solutions. John was also VP Convergence Technologies at CSG Systems, managing all open-systems product lines, as it went public and grew to over $200 million in sales. As a management consultant at McKinsey & Co., for four years in the United States and Europe, John led engagements to create and implement strategies to increase value for clients in a wide range of industries. John also was one of the first employees in Oracle's consulting division, leading consulting teams and territories for four years as Oracle grew from its IPO to a billion-dollar firm. John holds an MBA from Stanford and BS degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from MIT.
President and Founder, Innography and Chief Data Officer, CPA Global
Tyron Stading founded Innography in 2006 with a vision of redefining the intelligence/analytics landscape. As president and founder of Innography, Tyron believes his mission is to make insights easier and more integrated into business processes. He is responsible for the technology and partnership roadmap at Innography, which received CODiE awards for Best Business Information Solution, Best Aggregated Data and Best Legal Information Solution. Tyron has been named IAM's top "300 IP Strategist" in the world, and National Law Journal's "50 Intellectual Property Trailblazers & Pioneers". Prior to Innography, he was an IBM worldwide industry solutions manager in the telecommunications and utilities sector, architecting SmartGrid and Intelligent Planet solutions. Before IBM, Tyron worked at several start-ups focused on mobile communications and networks security. He has published multiple research papers and filed over three dozen patents. Tyron has a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University and an MS in Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin.
Chief Financial Officer
Brett Panter brings more than 20 years of experience in a variety of finance executive and accounting leadership positions. Prior to joining Innography, he was Chief Financial Officer for NetQoS, a leading provider of network performance management and service delivery management solutions and responsible for planning, implementing and managing all financial-related activities of the company. During Brett’s 10 year tenure at NetQoS, the business grew from 5 employees and $0.5 million in revenue to 250 and over $60 million. In 2009, NetQoS sold to CA Technologies for $200 million. Prior to NetQoS, Brett worked for various public accounting firms, including Ernst & Young’s assurance services practice and KPMG’s personal financial planning group. Brett holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Vice President of Sales
Chip Harmon brings over 25 years sales management, business development, leadership, and direct sales experience to Innography. His diverse experience includes leading growing technology organizations in the business intelligence, analytics, data integration, and database industries. Prior to joining Innography, Chip was vice president of new business initiatives at Zilliant where he successfully led new product initiatives, sales, client adoption, and product refinement to meet market demand. Previous executive positions also include VP of North American Sales at Hyperion and Pervasive Software, RVP of Sales at QlikTech, and VP of Sales and Marketing at ALI Solutions. He also served as GM of Pervasive Software’s Data Integration Division. Chip holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Accounting from Stephen F. Austin University.
Vice President of Marketing
Tanya White contributes over 20 years of experiences in marketing and the technology industry to the Innography team. Prior to Innography, Tanya's leadership positions include VP Marketing at SaaS-based software company ProjectManager.com, VP Marketing at enterprise virtualization software company Virtual Bridges, and Marketing Director for Observint Technologies, a Carlyle Group company in the security industry. She spent over seven years at Dell, in various global marketing positions, creating multi-country campaigns and delivering results to direct and channel sales teams. Tanya completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario in Canada and holds a marketing degree from Cornell’s Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management.
Vice President of Client Success, Innography and SVP Customer Engagement North America, CPA Global
Shauna has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry joining Innography from CA Technologies where she was VP of Service Assurance in the North Americas Practice Group. Prior to that role, Shauna was with Hyperformix, Inc., a CA Acquisition, where she was responsible for global services as well as EMEA product sales. Prior to Hyperformix, Shauna was the world-wide Program Executive for the Project Management Profession of the Integrated Technology Services division of IBM Global Services. Prior to her role with IBM Global Services, she was Director of Quality Programs for Tivoli Services (an IBM Company). Shauna has also held various positions with IBM Global Services, Information Systems Management (an IBM Company), SHL Systemhouse, Inc., Bell Northern Research, and Imperial Oil. Shauna holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Regina (Canada) and a master's degree in project management from Western Carolina University.
